Sundari  the Founder of the School of Essentialism:

“ Remake yourself and the world will change.”

“ Sundari is a humanist given her global vision of the human being: heart, body and mind.

Essentialism cannot be compared to any philosophy or school of thought, since it is the essence of life itself “.

Sundari (1906 - 1994), a French universalist, was born in Paris where she lived. She is a writer, humanist philosopher.

Speaking of herself, she says :

« In the desire to hasten my evolution in order to be able to help my fellow men, I sought the truth. I found it in myself, piece by piece, in the measure of my efforts, of my daily struggles. It is also in you and my only goal is to help you discover it and live it. For years,  I  gave myself up in every field  to what I considered essential: the purification of my being by a personal purification without respite. My only concern was to no longer be an obstacle to the invasion and free flow of the Universal Spirit, Life and Love. »

Her philosophy encourages individual reform. It emphasizes the change of mentality, the improvement of the character to which the individual reaches by correcting his own faults including pride, lies, hypocrisy, etc.

Thus the human being can go up the slope, find health, balance, the joy of living, the true values of life including altruistic love, humility, respect and all the values which are the essence of man.

She also sends out a cry of alarm against unbridled materiality, against violence, abuses of all kinds, lack of respect for fellow human beings and for nature, whose disturbances are carried away by human carelessness.

Her philosophy is also an ethics of life, which encourages man by simple and effective means, to take control of himself, to respect the laws of nature but also those which govern his interior universe, his mind, his thoughts, his soul. A real authenticity of life emerges from his writings and his lectures.

Did she not say: « I live what I write, what I teach ».
